CANCELLATION POLICY

BROWS BY JILL APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Thank you for respecting the policies that allow me to provide exceptional service to every client while operating a one-person business. BOOKING FEE All appointments require a non-refundable $50 booking fee to reserve your appointment time. This booking fee secures your appointment and is applied toward the cost of your service. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Providing at least 48 hours’ notice allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to a client on my waitlist and helps prevent lost business revenue. Clients who provide more than 48 hours’ notice may reschedule without penalty, and their booking fee will transfer to their new appointment date. Clients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay a new booking fee to schedule another appointment. MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS Repeated cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients seeking appointments. Clients who cancel or reschedule more than two appointments will no longer be eligible for online booking privileges. Future appointments may be scheduled only with full prepayment of the service fee. All prepaid amounts remain non-refundable if cancellation policies are violated. NO-SHOW POLICY A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior communication. No-shows significantly impact my business and prevent other clients from utilizing that appointment time. Clients who no-show will be charged a fee equal to 50% of their scheduled service cost. In addition, online booking privileges will be permanently revoked. Future appointments, if accepted, will be at my sole discretion and may require full prepayment in advance. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule if there is insufficient time remaining to safely complete the service. In such cases, cancellation fees may apply. APPOINTMENT REMINDERS Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees. Clients remain responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment date and time. ILLNESS POLICY If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. POLICY AGREEMENT By scheduling an appointment with Brows by Jill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies. Thank you for understanding that these policies protect the time, availability, and livelihood of a small business owner while ensuring fair scheduling opportunities for all clients.
